A fantastic concierge made all the difference

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful grounds and attentive staff. Our concierge, Natalia, was incredible, handling all our reservations and inquiries with ease. Each meal felt gourmet, made with fresh ingredients, and the pools were perfect for relaxation. We truly felt at home here.

However, lunch timings could be tricky, especially with a toddler needing naps. The restaurant didn’t open until noon, and we found drink portions to be a bit on the lighter side, requiring extra requests.

However, lunch availability was challenging with the restaurant's late opening, which conflicted with kids' nap schedules, and we found the drink portions to be a bit underwhelming at times. The attractive pools were a highlight, but navigating transportation to nearby areas could have been more straightforward.
